Carrot Raisin Pecan Cake

Our Carrot Raisin Pecan cake is a true classic.  Using fresh chopped pecans and golden raisins along with finely shredded carrots and rich brown sugar.  It's a fall season cake but we all love it through the year.

Oh, and the sprinkles on top reference carrot cake... Not the University of Miami as we've been told. Ha ha.
