Ordering & Pickup
Can I order in the store?
Yes, you can order in the store and still browse and order online. Feel free to give us a call with your questions.
Can someone pick up an order on my behalf at the bakery?
They will need verification of the order to do so. We do not check ID's and only use the order form to reference and match the order details to the order.
Can I pick up my wedding cake instead of have it delivered?
This depends on the several factors and not limited to wedding cakes. Primarily, it's the overall cake size. For example: A two-tier can be picked up and we are confident the cake will be safe for short travel. However, a three-tier cake requires assembly on site by our professional team.
Will your custom order turnaround time increase?
Possibly, and we'll leave it at that. In truth, it's hard to say because each order is different and our availability changes. We recommend placing a deposit as soon as you can by first calling our bakery.
Menu & Products
Will you offer different items in store from what is on the website?
Possibly, though we do try to make all items available for online order. However, if we are testing a product locally, we may not have it available for online ordering. We will also have things like mini cakes available in the bakery. Other examples are cake accessories like birthday candles. Ex: *Spoiler alert* - Look for new "clean keto" products coming soon!
What's offered in the bakery in store that is ready to buy?
We are offering smaller treat bags of popular items as well as individual sweets in our refrigeration display. ......."Such as"..? Cake pops, cake jars, individual mini cakes, tester products, and rotating treats/seasonal treats.
What if I need a small cake to buy as a gift?
For the boyfriends out there. We hear you. We got you covered. Our mini-cake is a a 4 inch cake with a delicious flavor. We also offer 6 inch and 8 inch cakes in our in-store case that we can decorate for you on the spot. It won’t look like you thought about it last minute - You’re welcome.
Community & Culture
Are you LGBTQ-friendly and open to any particular religion?
We don't discriminate or associate our political views in the bakery, with one exception. Rude people. Just don't be rude, or you're buying the cake pop for the little kid waiting in line behind you, and you'll have to do it with a genuine smile.
What makes this location better than another bakery?
We don't consider other bakeries in our pursuits. We follow our own path and produce what we love. Because this is the first location with a retail and consultation space it means we'll be making a lot of new discoveries in how to improve our services. We are going to keep it extremely simple and let time and utilization give us insight to making it better.
What happens to leftovers at the end of the day?
We share them with friends, family, and the occasional lucky neighbor. No cupcake gets left behind. That is what is unique about our business model. We only stock items in our case that has a longer shelf life (like more than 1 day). We are big on no waste.
Can I taste-test before I order?
If you ask nicely, yes. If you bribe us with coffee, definitely yes. JK, we do offer samples of our cakes and fillings which you can happily walk in anytime and pick up. We do suggest picking them up and taking them home as they are chilled. You could eat them in the car - but we have cameras in the parking lot and we will see you. You could also purchase a cake tasting kit any time and have it delivered.
Do you really lick the spoon?
Only for quality control purposes. You deserve the best… and we deserve a little taste.

Oh, we’ve seen it all — unicorn llamas, zombie grooms, and a cake shaped like a cheeseburger. (We loved them all.)
General & Custom Orders
What are your hours?
We’re baking happiness Wednesdays through Sundays 10am to 5pm. If you come early, you might catch us dancing in the kitchen.
Where are you located?
You’ll find us at 2814 W Bell Rd, Suite 1451, Phoenix, AZ 85053, where it always smells like cookies and good decisions.
Do you deliver or ship?
Yes! We offer local delivery and can ship certain treats nationwide (with respective shipping fees, and it is limited to our individually packaged items). If you’re outside our delivery range, we’ll happily point you toward something shippable (or just tempt you into visiting).
How far in advance should I place my order?
For everyday goodies, a day or two works fine. For custom orders, we like at least 7 days so we can make them perfect. Keep in mind, our business is seasonal - September through May are busier - So give it at least 14 days or more if you can!
Is there a minimum order?
For custom creations, yes — because our ovens like to be full and happy. Everyday treats? Order as little or as much as you want!
Can I customize my cake/cupcakes/cookies?
Absolutely. Bring us your theme, colors, or wildest sugar-fueled idea, and we’ll bring it to life. Some customizations may cost more but they are worth it :)
Do you make gluten-free, vegan, or allergy-friendly desserts?
We do! Just let us know your needs so we can make something safe and scrumptious.
Do you use nuts?
Some treats do contain nuts, and everything’s made in the same kitchen — so if you have a severe allergy, please let us know.
Can you make a cake from a photo I show you?
Yep! Whether it’s a Pinterest pic or Grandma’s old wedding cake, we can re-create it (and maybe even make it tastier). We won’t guarantee a 100% replication because our decorators have their own style.
What payment methods do you take?
Credit cards, Debit Cards, crypto, and possibly your undying love — but mostly cards.
What if I’m late for pickup?
We understand life happens. Just give us a heads-up — your treats will be waiting (but they might be staring at you hungrily).
Do you do weddings, birthdays, and events?
Yes! From tiny cake pops to towering wedding cakes, we’ll make sure your dessert table is unforgettable.
