Do you have cakes ready made?

We always have an assortment of 4 inch single layer cakes available in our display case. The flavors are always in rotation with many familiar flavors almost always available.You are able to purchase a Happy Birthday mini topper for any of the cakes and a single white candle is free when requested.You can also turn these cakes into Crazy Cakes which adds a fun random edible pastry or truffle to the top.

Do you have birthday cakes ready to pick-up?

We typically have one or two Spinklefetti (Birthday Cake) 4 inch single layer cakes in our display. Larger cakes (6 inch+) require at least a weeks notice.

Do you offer ready made pastries?

We have 4 categories of pastries. Each is an individual serving in size. Cheesecake Triangles, Small Cannoli, Mini Tarts, and Cream Puffs.Each dessert is made-to-order and just takes a few moments to make ready. Speedy Fast like that one sandwich shop chain.On Saturdays and Sundays we also offer Pavlova (fresh berry and cream topped meringue).

Yes!  We always have a large variety of cake pops ready for purchase.  Choose from a variety of familiar cake flavors, fun new flavors, and cake pops with edible characters (for the kids).

How soon must I order a cake for it to be ready?

We categorize cakes into 4 types.  Mini Cakes, Classic & Celebration Cakes, Custom Cakes, and Wedding Cakes.Mini Cakes:  Our mini cakes are 4 inch single layer cakes with a design based on the flavor cake.  Mini cakes are available for in-store browsing and purchase.  These cakes are assorted in flavor.  We recommend contacting us to see if a particular flavor is available or if we can accommodate a same day purchase.  Mini cakes are a currently not available for online order.Classic and Celebration Cakes: - Both Classic and Celebration Cakes require between 5-7 days notice.  Availability is dependent on weekly capacity of orders.  We recommend ordering as soon as possible.  These options are both available for advance online ordering, phone ordering, email, and in-store ordering.- Classic Cakes are cake with a design based on the flavor chosen.  These 3 layer cakes and are offered online in 6 inch round and 8 inch round sizes. - Celebration Cakes are cake designs shown as products on our website and with use of colors or are semi-custom in nature, but available for advance online ordering, phone ordering, email, and in-store ordering.Custom Cakes:  Custom cakes in our definition are cakes that require a complete design review with one of our professional cake decorators.  These cake typically require at least 4 weeks notice and cannot be purchased via our website.  We highly encourage customers interested in a custom cake to call our bakery for availability before placing a deposit.- Wedding Cakes:  Wedding cakes are available for advance online ordering, phone ordering, email, and in-store ordering.  We offer a variety of buttercream frosted designs for online order via our website, but always encourage couples to contact us with specific questions or set up a tasting consultation.  Wedding cake availability is dependent on our capacity for the reception date.

How do I order pastries?

You can order our bakery pastries here on our website and by visiting our location.Our bakery offers 4 types of pastries that are made-to-order for fast pick-up/delivery, same day, and future date orders.Pastry menu includes; cheesecake, cannoli, mini tarts, and cream puffs. Each has on average about 8 flavors to choose from. Ordering is available for online store, by phone, by email, and in-store. Our bakery is currently testing a weekend only pastry which will be available on Saturdays and Sundays.Ordering quantity is very flexible with most orders of up to 2 dozen being ready in 15 minutes and larger orders needed up to an hour or two notice.Please note: Delivery services can take longer than desired when there is a heavy order day. We will contact you should a delay occur but please allow your full delivery time range selected.

Cake pop flavors and availability

Our bakery has a large assortment of cake pop flavors regularly available.  These cake pops are decorated based on the flavor of the cake ball, are individually wrapped, and labeled with the flavor.  We highly recommend visiting our bakery if you are seeking specific flavors.  Otherwise online ordering for assorted packs is available, as well as, individual common flavors.No advance order is necessary though we highly recommend contacting our bakery if you are seeking a large pack of a specific flavor.Custom cake pops and cake pops dipped and themed in a specific color(s) require advance notice and are not available for online ordering.

When do you hold tasting events?

Our cake tasting events are held in March and September.  These events are open to public with a low ticket cost available via our website or Eventbrite.  Tickets usually go on sale two months before the event.  Tasting events are great for engaged couples and families as we make it a fun experience for all.  Samples are unlimited and there are discounts on pastries and cake pops, as well as, raffles, and many vendors.  Join our email newsletter to get updates when tickets become available.

How long will it take to prepare my order?

Pastry and Cake Pop orders for the same day will be ready within the time length you selected. For example: 15 Minutes means the order will be ready for delivery/pick-up in 15 minutes. Please note, the delivery time an take up to several hours depending on the order quantities on the day of ordering.If you ordered pastries or cake pops for another day, then the items will be ready by the time slot you selected on that day.Celebration and Classic Cake orders are scheduled approximately 5 days in advance at the minimum. These orders will be ready on the morning of the due date. Please note, pick-up windows are for when our bakery can expect you and we'll use this as a reference should the time pass and the order is still with us. Deliveries will take up to several hours based on the time range selected. Please be available to receive the order.

I never got my order, what to do?

If you chose a delivery for your order and the time range has already past without the ordering arriving, please call our bakery at 623-499-2222.  Do not email or text as this may delay your order further.
