Round Cake Tiers and Serving Sizes
How many people will a 6" cake serve?
Based on 1x2 inch serving, the 6" tier of a cake will serve about 10 people, or about 10-14 servings.
How many people will an 8" cake serve?
Based on 1x2 inch serving, the 8" tier of a cake will serve approximately 20-28 people, or 20-28 servings.
How many people will a 10" cake serve?
Based on 1x2 inch serving, the 10" tier of a cake will serve approximately 40-45 people, or 40-45 servings.
How many people will a 12" cake serve?
Based on 1x2 inch serving, the 12" tier of a cake will serve about 50-56 people, or about 50-56 servings.
How many people will a 14" cake serve?
Based on 1x2 inch serving, the 14" tier of a cake will serve about 80-86 people, or about 80-86 servings.
